Kakigori is a wonderful food culture nurtured by Japan. However, unlike sushi or ramen, it is not yet widely known across the globe.
Various Asian countries have their own unique ice sweet cultures. Among them, Japanese Kakigori is incredibly unique.
I have been conducting activities to convey the charm of Japanese Kakigori overseas, primarily in Bangkok, Thailand. And now, I am starting a new challenge.
We have deepened our collaboration with Mr. Nishigaya. Bringing Kakigori as a Japanese food culture to the world—we believe in its boundless potential.

Over the past 7 years since our founding, I have created approximately 400 types of Kakigori. I believe Kakigori is a dessert with immense potential, capable of delivering not just great taste, but also surprise and emotion.
In this rapidly changing industry, I have pursued new value, driven by my passion for product development and ability to execute. Currently, I am involved in producing shops both domestically and internationally, building a solid track record overseas.
Moving forward, my goal is to share the true charm of Kakigori not only in Japan but with the rest of the world.
